The CAIR® Cushion System has undergone a rigorous testing program to ensure their durability. CAIR® air cushions have been subjected to a series of tests equivalent to in excess of 10,000 hours riding time in the saddle. So confident is Bates Australia that a 5-year warranty is offered on the CAIR® Cushion System.
Bates Australia spares no expense evaluating the performance of their innovations employing external expertise in the areas of physics and engineering to conduct independent testing to provide comprehensive reports on their findings.
In the unlikely instance that an air cushion were to be accidentally punctured by a sharp object (for example a barbed wire fence), it can simply be replaced.
